The entire process from soup to nuts was painless. Dave came the next day after I called to provide me a same day quote. Afterwards, the the installer came out to do the site walk before installation start date. Luis did the installation and completed it ahead of schedule and did an amazing job. They gave me a great quote, that I didn't even shop around.

Did they insulation in our attic. One of the guys completely destroy the sheet rock in the hall by stepping on. I told them that it was bad damage and they needed at least some lumber in attic to screw sheet rock repair into and they agreed and said they would hire someone and tell them that. New team showed up and said they didn't have the skill to do it and the gold star guys didn't tell them. So bad

I’m writing this review while the Gold Star crew is finishing up one of my projects. This is as good of an outfit as you’ll find in construction. The office staff was super responsive - Jesse came out to visit the job site twice and addressed every concern and helped make the right insulation decisions when the project underwent a major siding upgrade.
