Travis was very kind and considerate. He analyzed the clicking noise as some internal problem in the motor unit. He determined that repairing the unit was probably not feasible and recommended that the unit be replaced. I believe his conclusion was correct and plan to replace the unit as soon as I can afford it. Travis lubed all of the door mechanism and only charged me $80.00, which I thought was very fair. I believe Godstone is a competent and fair company.
