Our gas fireplace quit working during this recent cold spell. A neighbor suggested we call Godby Home and Hearth on Rangeline Road in Carmel. We contacted them and their service tech, Nico, fixed the problem in a timely manner. He then explained their service plans, which fit well on our budget. We called the office and spoke to Cathy, who got us all setup. Both employees are a huge asset to Godby. The experience was extremely quick and easy.
