Customer Reviews
These folks was very polite when come out and understand all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. They do an amazing job!
Nick is the worst sales person I've ever dealt with. Company uses deceptive sales practices and, in my case, many months with no installation and disappearing with no contact or explanation. My only review is BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM GNRG!
Had to withdraw from the install agreement as GNRG never installed the system in 4 months after contract was signed and kept changing the underlying PPA agreement ( 3 times) to the Buyer's detriment. It has been a real nightmare to deal with them,. GNRG Sales would promise but never deliver, and disappear with no communications. I advise everyone to NEVER do BUSINESS with them, no matter how good a deal they offer. Sales support and Customer Service is non-existent. Please save yourself the aggr
I’ve been thinking about switching to solar for a while, and these guys made it super easy. The crew showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and had the panels up before I knew it. My power bill’s been way lower since, and I’m honestly kicking myself for not doing it sooner.
I had a small issue with the monitoring app at first, but the tech fixed it the same day.
You can tell they actually care about their customers.
GNRG did such a solid job on my place that I’ve already told two friends to call them. The panels look clean and the system works flawlessly.
I’m not usually one to leave reviews but these guys earned it. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, and my energy savings are real.
