We had Glass Water Solutions install our water softener and carbon filter three years ago and couldn't be happier. We just had them come back out to change out our carbon filter and Lucky was our tech. He called when he was on his way, was on time and even spent time going over with me how to properly care for our units. You don’t get this kind of service anymore.
