GL Pools, in general, and James (our tech) in particular, have done a fabulous job since they took over our spa about six months ago. The previous service was incompetent... and GL has great reporting (the weekly report is amazing) and has turned the spa around so it always sparkles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A shout-out to Luke Williams at GL Pools for today's unexpected act of poolside heroism. Somehow, a field mouse found its way into my pool. How it ended up inside the pool sweep motor remains one of life's great mysteries. What I do know is that it completely clogged the motor and brought the cleaner to a standstill. Enter Luke.
