Gilmans did not meet expectations. In October 2025 I ordered 4 cabinet pieces for a bathroom remodel to start in mid January 2026. The primary bath vanity that arrived did not match the drawing layout leaving me with wider double doors rather than a single center door and narrow drawers. The half bath vanity that arrived was 22” deep rather than 18” as ordered and I didn’t notice immediately but it was the mirror image of what was ordered - drawers on the right rather than left. I’ve known April for many years, and she is truly one of the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met in this industry. If you visit the store, make sure you ask for her. She has an amazing ability to see solutions where I can’t, and she can take the ideas I’m picturing in my head and turn them into a real design. Seriously, go see April and the team. My wife and I spoke to 4 cabinet makers and ultimately decided on Gilmans. We likely had a lower budget than their average clientele but April was more than willing to make suggestions along the way that could help us keep costs down and still maintain the vision we have our our new kitchen. Really appreciate the time and patience she showed us over several meetings!
