Absolutely a class act ! We had Pat come out to service our generator several months ago, extremely professional and courteous and on time. Well the other night I went out to make sure the generator was cleared of snow, and saw the red light was on. I emailed Pat, and even though it was pretty late in the evening he emailed right back and said he'd be there the next day.
