He is a fully licensed contractor - and his team can do everything you need on a property (bathroom, kitchen, exterior restoration/deck, concrete etc.) - no need to juggle multiple companies. Not only do they handle full renovations, they have great attention to detail. They managed a total rehab of a soon to be rental property just outside Atlanta for us. Highly recommend.
