While the gentleman who came out never got on a ladder and didn’t touch a tool, I did get my swamp cooler running, so it was a good outcome.

I was very happy with the service we received. They were on time and very knowledgeable about the work being performed.

I got two bids for this job and decided on George Henry for 2 reasons: 1) price was better, 2) Clark, my representative moved my dryer and did a thorough inspection of the area whereas the other company just eyeballed it and gave me a quote. Also, George Henry was prompt in setting my appointment and notifying me of arrival time. Job was completed before I expected and was professionally done. I was thoroughly satisfied and would not hesitate torecomment George Henry to others.
