Edit update as of this morning: I called to confirm cap was replaced as the gentleman I spoke with said it would be yesterday, I was in the office and not sure it had been done. A simple - Yes, it was and some form of notification would have been professional. Instead MANDY proceeded to grill and question me "did you not call yesterday?" "were you not home to see?" etc etc. Just say "yes it was replaced"......... I will never use this company again, due to the unprofessional manner of the front
