I just had my alarm system installed today. I researched various options and decided to go with GeoArm. Their pricing was lower than others', so I was prepared for less service. Wow, I had the opposite experience, totally. Rafael was incredible; he should be teaching customer service to others. He was professional, punctual, courteous, and followed up on his own. I could not be happier with my choice of GeoArm because of Rafael.

The worst experience with a company. -Received equipment two months after I ordered!! An extra large box with all equipment loose, [33% of the box was comprised of individual boxes and the other 67% with one tiny piece of bubble wrap] See attached photo [I stacked the small boxes inside the original box prior to photo. Upon opening the extra large box all the tiny boxes were a jumbled mess] NO packing, No original box inside a box which is required in their 30 return policy. -NO instructions

OK, So, I was skeptical when I opened the box. This GeoArm Security System was new to me. I was super easy to install ALL of the different sensors around my house. Windows, Doors, Glass Brake Sensors, Smoke Alarm and Motion Sensors, all handled easily and wirelessly. But the best part is the 'Exemplary' Customer Service and Technical Assistance. How often does a company call me back to make sure we are working out the kinks? Well... let me tell you, Rafael and Sal, these guys are second to none!
