I’m extremely happy with the service Genesis and David provided in repairing my 30‑year‑old fireplace, especially given that parts were no longer available and the solutions were complex and expensive. David offered thoughtful consultation and real solutions after another company only fixed it temporarily and never followed up when it failed again. Genesis is always so responsive to appointment needs. I rely so much on my fireplace to keep my home cosy and they have been great about making sure its up and running when I need it.

David was awesome. Great personality wonder quick service installing two new fans into our 25 year old gas fireplace. Very pleased. Would use him again. Richs service was a big disappointment as they seem way too busy. Glad we a new service company
