I’m a mechanic and called Gen-Tech on behalf of a client to repair an oil cooling line with a leaking press fitting, which they claimed they could repair day of malfunction. They sent an “emergency tech” who left without repair and billed the client $1000 for “troubleshooting”. I had to remove the lines and get custom ones made the next day and had the repair done for $160. They are a scam.
