Brought my Onan RV Generator for a repair, they were very knowledgeable and fixed it, but in my opinion the cost was excessive. The part was sold to me was 1.67% above list price, or a $90 markup of a $134 item. I was then charged $60 for shipping the 1/4 lb part from Kansas, and $28 for shop supplies. I don't have enough words for how helpful these folks were. I am located in Michigan and had no power during a blizzard with a hospice patient needing oxygen. Our local generator servicer was overwhelmed with calls and we couldn't get through. Gen-Tech called me back immediately and walked me through a fix over the phone.
