Gemini basically ghosted us when our insurance company denied our claim for a new roof. Now we have a roof with no repair even though we will pay for repairs ourselves. And we have to go look for someone that will fix what Gemini did to “remediate” along with the actual repair. Apparently the job is not good enough for them unless they get insurance $$$.
