Had a blackout from con Ed 2 weeks ago My AC went out in my office. Couldn't get anybody to come and look at my unit on the roof no air conditioning. I called up Gem air, I was referred to them, I spoke to Gary and in 2 days sent a technician over Paul who was wonderful. My unit has never run so good! thank you ,thank you, thank you. Drew

Fantastic company fast response and reliable

Driver was texting and driving . Almost hit a baby stroller and almost hit me 2 times because he was looking down while driving . Completely unforgivable . You need to hire more responsible employees .
