Leaking freon and wasting time and money trying to get help from this company. Their entire service department phone tree menu forwards to AJ, whose voicemail is turned on permanently, never answers, and never calls back. Their entire sales department phone tree menu rings to a full voicemail box. How does a company function like this ?
