Do not use these people!! I’m a 67-year-old woman and they took advantage told me I needed stuff when I didn’t. I just wanted to clean out. Oh no, you need to have a new casting and after they pulled the pump out when they came to work on it now I needed a new pump. Which I didn’t get a new pump, they put some kind of temporary thing in there. I was supposed to get a new pressure tank, but of course I didn’t get that. They said they couldn’t get it under my house. So I wanted money back on my $2

We are extremely impressed with Norris Well Drilling. They actually show up when they say they will and follow through on their promises, which is rare these days. Their customer service and communication are excellent. They cleaned out our old well and dug a new one for our pond. Norris is a reliable and trustworthy company.
