This guy is unlicensed, and unprofessional. I have logged a complaint with the CSLB and we have fired him from our project. Do not use - Illegal contracts - he will ask for a large sum upfront - contract terms 50% up front 25%... and 25% at completion. This is not how contracting works in California. I am not one to post about things like this but I had enough. I made the mistake of hiring Keith. Keith the owner is nice but VERY unprofessional! He promised to build our deck in a week when hired in August and he took months to do it. He had many excuses when he wouldn't show up but we gave him the benefit of the doubt.
