I called them early this Saturday morning, they scheduled an appointment for me to give me an estimate, and I called again in the afternoon to find out what had happened. The person who answered told me they had to charge me! Wow, after telling me they were going to give me a free estimate, now they're hitting me with a hidden charge of 150 at my house!

Was told my appt was between 10-12am. No call. No show. I call and the girl that answers the phone is clueless. She then calls me back 10 minutes later asking me if I want to schedule an appointment! What about the appointment that you missed?

They explained everything in a calm, friendly way. They made it out to Doral pretty fast and got right to work. Brandon handled the roller replacement perfectly and explained everything clearly. I’d definitely recommend this company.
