It was determined then, that the size of the garage you wanted to build would not meet zoning, permitting or setbacks as required by the county and would need to be scaled back. We were not given the opportunity to bid a smaller structure. No contract was ever entered into and no construction work was ever done. My folks had talked about redoing the patio area for a few years. They wanted to install a concrete patio with a partial covered roof. So I researched and got a few bids. I decided to go with Garage/Concrete Etc because I felt the most comfortable with them. The entire crew was great, they answered any questions I had during the process, and the workmanship was great.
