Brian P. organized and managed this project. We had our 2 car garage and screen room done today. Shaquel, Ray arrived early morning and got to work. Collin then joined the crew. They used a diamond grinder to get the concrete floors to like new, fixing the cracks to invisible. Please see the before pic and progress pic of that process. Had them out to do an annual garage door tuneup as it’s a new house and wasn’t sure builder installed everything correctly. Found a few issues to be aware of and didn’t try to oversell me. Arrived right on time. Clean, professional service.

The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and educated about garage door maintenance. He checked the proper installation of the cables and other related items. He cleaned the tracks and lubricated rollers and the tracks. There are 12 members of our community scheduled to get routine garage door maintenance done. The owners agreed to honor a promotional offer. I will recommend this company to the developer.
