My parents had to have old lifted flooring replaced from when a horrible contractor took advantage of them and incorrectly installed vinyl plank flooring a few years ago. We recently had Galaxy Concrete Coatings do our 3 outdoor patios and our garage. David, mgr., explained the process, helped us choose the color (have many and are all beautiful), he checked in daily and was there for the follow up. UPDATE - I have before and after photos, this was an existing crack in the patio that they are supposed to fill and level prior to applying the coating. We had a MUCH LARGER crack in the carport, they did a great job on it, so we have no cracks there. They did the carport FIRST, but rushed the prep of the back patio. The first top coat they applied bubbled, looked absolutely awful. The removed it and reapplied it, but reapplied to all sections of the patio. So 1 third of the patio is not the sam
