I had a frustrating experience with this contractor. After installation, two of the tiles were hollow underneath and Bruce said he would come back out if there was ever a problem with them. Also have drainage issues. No where for the water to go because Bruce refused to install drains like we asked. Bruce said the water will be fine. I am thrilled with my new kitchen backsplash, tiled wainscoting in my bathroom and new vanity. I also needed some electrical, drywall and paint work done, and Bruce also connected me to other vendors for this work. The men who work for Bruce, Alex and Luis, as well as the others he sent over did an outstanding job and were very pleasant to work with. Bruce helped me with some design questions I had and in ordering the vanity. I highly recommend hiring him to take on your job.

Gainey flooring are the guys you want! They do excellent work at great prices. They show up on time and clean up when they’re done. I’ve hired them multiple times for different jobs. They did a 1400 square foot floor tiling project for me. They’ve done kitchen backsplash in two different kitchens for me as well as fireplace tile. I wouldn’t look any further.
