We recently had our roof fully replaced by G. Cannon and overall had a very positive experience. Kevin and Anthony led a professional crew that worked efficiently on a complex, multi-section roof. What stood out beyond the core work was the little extras the crew took initiative on — things like adding gutter splash guards that were outside their contracted scope. The roof required some minor repair and maintenance. There were few shingles missing and few nail pops that needed to be addressed. The problem with roof repair is that, very few customers have the ability (or the desire) to climb the roof to check and see if all that was promised has been delivered. Only time will tell if things were done properly. Having said that, I'll say that the crew arrived as per schedule and finished the work in a relatively short span and cleared out any debris.
