Absolutely unacceptable experience. The door installed was clearly deformed, and Fusion Window refused to replace it. Customers should not have to fight over something this obvious. A company that refuses to fix a clear defect should not be trusted. We will be pursuing formal complaints and sharing this experience so others are aware.
