Very disappointed in their customer service. They replaced my large patio cover a year and a half ago due to wood rot damage. They replaced all the wood and replaced the top covered wood lattice with a vinyl/plastic lattice and already the vinyl/plastic lattice is cracking and falling/hanging down in several spots. I called them to see what their warranty was so we could fix it or replace it since its still fairly new. They told me their warranty is only good for 1 year. The rep on the phone men
