I could not recommend this service less. Over the years the 2 inspections covered in the yearly contract became farther and farther apart. I would have to call and ask for them. In 2023 there was one inspection in December. In 2024 there were none. When I messaged in the fall of that year that I expected 2 inspections before the end of the year I was told Yes, there would be. Of course there were none. I recommend not choosing this company at all. Unfortunately Fry Septic has become totally unreliable and they are difficult if not impossible to reach. We have had service contracts with them for 5 years but only came out three times for maintenance. Our system got so bad from that lack of maintenance that we had to have another company do repairs on our septic system at significant cost.
