The customer service of this company is awful. They don’t listen, talk over you, and keep giving excuses non-stop. Trust me, not worth your time. We still have the issue with the ants.

Scheduled for 12:30pm, was banging on my door woke up my household at 7:30am without any notice. Extremely long phone holding times, and no option to schedule a service online or by text. Every pest service we’ve gotten has seen little to no results. Do not recommend.

Technician was great and termites have been gone. My issue was after the services have been completed with price transparency. We paid for the termite removal service and paid up front. The technician put stakes in the ground and we thought we were all done. We received a bill in the mail saying we still owe on the account.
