I PAID EXTRA TO FRONTIER EXTERMINATING, INC. FOR A WARRANTY STATING THAT IF THE FLEA PROBLEM CONTINUED, THEY WOULD RETURN AND RETREAT WITHIN 90 DAYS. AFTER THE INITIAL SERVICE, WE WERE STILL GETTING BITTEN, SO WE CALLED THEM BACK AT 2 WEEKS, AND THEY TREATED AGAIN. HOWEVER, WHEN THE ISSUE PERSISTED AT 4 WEEKS, THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN WHO STAYED IN MY HOME FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES, STOOD IN THE LIVING ROOM, AND SAID, “I DIDN’T GET BITTEN, SO THERE’S NO ISSUE,” THEN LEFT WITHOUT PERFORMING ANY TREATMEN

Michael came out to help with a squirrel that got stuck in an insect sticky trap that was in the attic. We were worried since it was still alive and felt so bad for the animal so we moved it to the garage, and when Michael got here and saw it was still live, his first instinct was to help the animal by using cooking oil (olive/canola) and he was able to free and save the animal. 🙌 Extremely professional, came out quick, and worth every penny! Would work with them again
