Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I recently had my system turned on and unfortunately had a lot of difficulty connecting it to the Hydrawise App. I wish they had sent someone who is familiar on working with the App which would have saved me a lot of time. Luckily, the office did provide me with the customer number to the company and I was able to finally hook it up. One suggestion I do have is for anyone that comes out to turn the system on, they be familiar on how to operate and run the Hydrawise app.
