They came out and did the job in January. It looks fine, but I have a hole in the middle of my backyard and I have been calling for almost 3 months now and no one replies. I have texted the gentleman who came out the first time we had a problem, and he never responded. Beyond frustrated with the customer service and lack of response from this company.

While what I was told about the installation process differed from how the turf was actually installed, the end result is beautiful, well anchored and finished nicely. The service personnel were professional, courteous and answered all questions about the process while the installation took place.

Great overall experience with this company. They did a great job with my backyard and made sure they got the job done properly. The guys that came out were great!
