I have fidelity national home warranty and was assigned Fresh Air systems for my blower fan going out. They are a smaller company but they know what they are doing. They are willing to go the extra mile and took the time to submit paperwork to my home warranty company while still at my house leading to an expedited review. Juan was my technician and he explained what was wrong and even looked to see if the part was in stock before he left my house.

Derek has been the best in HVAC service. Very intelligent and knows what he’s talking about and brings it down to the customers’ level if need be. The utmost in true service and reliability in his job. Respectful, kind and honest! He also did service for our heater last fall. He is the man for your HVAC needs!
