About 2 years ago I switched to Freedom Pool Services because my former service was not getting my pool very clean. Ever since I switched I have had no issues with Freedom. The serviceman always comes when he is scheduled, leaves an email when finished and the pool is always clean to my satisfaction.

I was unaware Pools Etc was now part of Freedom Pool. So when I called to make an appointment to have my filter cleaned I had to ask if I was calling the right place. I also didn’t know I was receiving email quotes from Pools Etc. I kept looking to see an email from Freedom Pool. I also got texts from Pools Etc. but thinking those were fishing texts I didn’t reply initially. I did reply the second time asking if this was Freedom Pool. But I got no reply. My point is that it’s confusing to go by
