Trying to get solar for almost a year. And the reason is waiting for a photo to get uploaded. Everytime we schedule an appointment they dont show up.

EDIT: customer service wait time over 1hr and half; then forwarded to wait for another department with estimated similar wait time. RUN AWAY!!! Horrible experience as a customer. Panels were put on in October, it is now almost April and panels still aren't working. They rescheduled on me last minute 3 times for what is supposed to be a simple, final fix. Then I have to call back and am waiting on hold for an hour to still get no resolution. The level of incompetence and lack of sense of urgency is astounding that I have not seen in a company before. Stay away.
