Just a scam. Their "25 yr production guarantee" is a blatant lie. They denied that it existed when I first contacted them, then a manager claimed that it it didn't apply to private homeowners. They they stopped returning my calls altogether. The one person I did have contact with moved to the UK. No one will respond to emails or anything, they just completely lied about their entire program.

Today, one of Freedom Forever's door-to-door salesmen stopped by, admitted he saw my 10x14 inch "No Soliciting" sign, ignored the sign, then proceeded to tell me he's not selling anything - he's "disqualifying houses for solar energy" & wanted to offer to inspect my house. Dear Freedom Forever, training your salesmen to ignore no soliciting signs & then lie to potential costumers that you're not selling anything as a means to get their sales-pitch in is manipulative at best, but also illegal.

Farrah at Freedom Forever was very helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner.

Nov 17th 2025 I called Freedom, they said they wetter too busy to help with my 3 damaged solar panels. It would be 2 weeks before they had time. 4 weeks lasted i still didn't hear from them. I called 3 now times since and got the same story, " oh street so sorry well resubmit the request. Called again today, 3/10/26 They said they would be right in it and they would immediately send an email for a docusign. Haven't received it yet.. Evidently who ever responded to this post didn't read it

Don’t use Freedom Forever Solar, they sell false promises and somewhat working equipment. The sales person said that if we ever had a bill they would pay for it. FALSE! We still have a bill, our battery dies before 2200 every night, and we don’t have anything “extra” running or big energy pulling appliances that would use all the energy stored. Our system will be producing 10kw in the afternoon but still either not charge the battery or will use the grid for power when our house is only using .5
