I contacted the owner to ask why two quotes he sent for the same property, with slightly different scopes, showed different tax rates. When I asked for clarification, the conversation became unprofessional and hostile. He declined to clearly explain the difference, told me to go elsewhere, and then used profanity in his messages to me. Based on that experience, I chose not to move forward.
