The FRED team performed a relatively small, but complicated project. They removed a basement window below grade and the corresponding window well surround. They sealed and waterproofed the exterior of the window opening, filled in the well and finished the exterior with a concrete top that is flush with the existing patio at grade. The interior was finished with framing and drywall. I found the project price to be reasonable and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding, inside and out. I h
