Fred deserves *way* more than 5 stars. Fred inspected my home about 5 years ago and we've just had him inspect the house our daughter is buying. In both cases he found some important things, diagnosed the root cause, and put us in a far better position to negotiate with the sellers. He takes out a lot of the anxiety about house buying. I'm pretty knowledgeable about house construction, but Fred's expertise puts me to shame. He couples this expertise with tremendous thoroughness, professionalism
