Honest, fair, and quick. We've now used Herbert for 2 properties 3x over the past 4 years and he has always been upfront with everything. He explains issues, prices, solutions, and expectations based on what is seen. I'd recommend Franklin to anyone looking/needing a septic pump out or replacement.
