I have been going back and forth with Patrick for a month now trying to understand if they can help me replace some cabinets. The communication has been awful as I have needed to follow up with him several times by email and by phone. What I'm told by him in person/by phone continues to be disconnected from what he has stated in emails 1 to 2 weeks later.
