I called Frank the Plumber because our waterheater pilot had gone out & we couldn't get the pilot to light using the instructions on the tank. Frank immediately called me back and explained how to try to light it. It worked perfectly. Thank you Frank for responding quickly to our call and letting me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. We really appreciate your help and will use your service in the future, when necessary.
