5/20 Update: A manager contacted me 5/11 and reported she would honor my requests of 1) Cancelling all services/jobs, 2) terminating any associated contracts/agreements, 3) processing refunds for work already completed, 4) waiving the cancellation fee, and 5) reimbursing for wall damage caused by the company - upon getting a quote. Now 5/20, management is stating that they will only honor 1-4 and will no longer reimburse for wall damage they have caused due to it not exceeding what they already

Technician was prompt, courteous, and addressed my concerns.
