Ken Coleman came by and did a thorough inspection. He determined the outside corner of the house wasn't sinking it was and area more towards the center of the home that settled. He said though it settled almost evenly across the entire length. Ultimately his recommendation was that the cracks in the walls weren't due to the settling and I should just fix them. In other words he managed to talk me out of hire him. His honesty was very appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend.
