Steve H was amazing. We called because we’d been told we might have a major foundation problem. Steve spent at least two hours here including time under the house (ew) and thoroughly inspected and documented our foundation. Best of all, he was able to tell us we did not need any repairs. Obviously the company must make money on repairs since their evaluation is FREE. But we paid nothing, had an honest and punctual evaluation and can rest easy knowing we don’t need repairs.
