I have been with Fort Knox for two months and it has been a very poor experience. It started with my rep, Alex, that I first spoke to. He asked me if the instillation day and time would work for me and we agreed to it. Then when they never showed up I called back to learn he had them scheduled a different day, that we had never spoken about. He apologized, told me it was his fault and promised to get them back out two days later and give me three months for free if I still agreed to go with them
