I hired Footprints to sand and finish my pinewood floors in one of my rental houses. Erwin's bid was the most competitive I received. The floors were pretty beat up. Footprints did a great job. The floors look like new. They got me scheduled surprisingly quickly. They showed up on time and finished when they said they would and at the price they quoted. I am very pleased and will use them again.

We couldn’t wait to recommend them to everyone on our court and can’t wait to have them come back to do another property! 10/10 would recommend. They even dealt with our flush-mount air vents in the floor and they came out amazing.

Great company and great crew! Communication was excellent. We had LVP installed throughout our basement, bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom. The installers completed the job on time. They kept everything very clean and took great care of our home. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and how clean they left everything despite extensive grinding needed to our subfloor. Couldn't be happier with our new floors!
