Footprints is amazing! They removed old carpet and put down new LVP. When they did, they removed old creaky boards and made the floor a lot more quiet. Their work is so good, we want to have them do the rest of our floors one day! Floyd responded to me very quickly and was extremely accommodating. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Great work! They knocked out a pony walls on our stairs and put in a railing instead to really open up the space. They also removed the upstairs carpet and put in LVP. Looks great
