My husband called Friday to schedule an appointment. He needed 2 key fobs made. The person he spoke with scheduled an appointment with him over the weekend to go to my husbands place of work. He never showed up. My husband called to touch base and reschedule the appointment, on Sunday and again today (Monday). Phone number used kept being ignored. Don’t understand how this business is credible if it isn’t giving business.

I'll give em 4 stars because they are friendly. But seriously.. You only do keys for 2009 and newer for cars? Not very lock smithy. Disappointing.
